Some time ago I made this commissioned work for a private client. The illustration is about the figure of “El Drac”, one of the icons of the annual festival of Vilanova i la Geltrú.

The illustration is made with spray and acrylic paint on cotton fabric. The measures are around 170 x 130 cm.
 

Hace un tiempo realicé este encargo para un cliente privado. Se trata de una ilustración que hace referencia a la figura del Drac de Vilanova, uno de los iconos de la fiesta mayor de Vilanova i la Geltrú más conocidos.

La ilustración está realizada en spray y pintura acrílica sobre tela de algodón. Las medidas rondan los 170 x 130 cm.

I recently finished an illustration in which I have spent a lot of time working on.
Still I can not give more details but here I leave a small part of the illustration because it has a large size.

Recientemente he finalizado una ilustración en la que he invertido bastante tiempo.
Todavía no puedo dar más detalles pero aquí os dejo una pequeña parte de la ilustración ya que tiene un gran tamaño.

Finally, the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays have finished. I did this illustration for a greeting card for my dad.
 

Por fin han acabado todas las fiestas propias de la Navidad y del cambio de año. Aprovechando que vuelve la calma publico una ilustración para una felicitación que realicé para mi padre.

I recently updated the portfolio with some new illustrations, curiously all in gray scale.

It is because for a while I began to collaborate on a weekly newspaper called La Directa, I’ve already done three illustrations. The other images are a collaboration with the magazine Espai de Llibertat and a press exercise during the illustration workshop taught by Pablo Amargo “Gato Encerrado”.

I miss the color, I hope it returns soon.

Recientemente he actualizado el portfolio con algunas imágenes nuevas, curiosamente todas en blanco y negro.

Es debido a que hace un tiempo empecé a colaborar en un periódico semanal titulado La Directa, para el que he hecho ya tres ilustraciones. Las otras imágenes corresponden a una colaboración con la revista Espai de Llibertat y un ejercicio de prensa durante el taller de ilustración impartido por Pablo Amargo “Gato Encerrado”.

Echo de menos al color, espero que vuelva pronto.

The last May 13th was the birthday of a great friend with who I shared a lot of moments of my life in this last years. I mean the great illustrator and a better person Miguel Montaner. For all the moments we’ve lived together, I dedicate this illustration that was my present for him.

El pasado día 13 de Mayo, fue el cumpleaños un gran amigo mío con el que he compartido gran parte de mi vida en estos últimos años. Me refiero al gran ilustrador y mejor persona Miguel Montaner. Por todos los momentos que hemos pasado le dedico esta ilustración que ha sido mi humilde regalo.
